    Our Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) team is dedicated to improving and transforming how the business interacts with our customers to drive the best possible experience, both for our customers and our employees. We implement new tools and processes to innovative how the company organizes around our customer’s needs. We are strategic, innovative, data-driven, and customer-success focused.

    Most of the team works in our Bellevue, Washington office with a few teammates and direct manager located in San Francisco, California.     WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    The SAP Concur Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, Washington.

     

    In this role, you will help create a CUSTOMER LISTENING FRAMEWORK that will transform the way the business uses customer feedback to improve customers’ experiences. You will dig into various customer feedback channels, analyze the data, find common themes, and recommend ways to categorize the feedback across disparate sources. By categorizing the data into common themes, the business can better understand the customers’ experiences more broadly. You will then make recommendations, identifying high-impact opportunities to improve or enhance the experience. Your work will create the foundation for the company to better understand a more holistic view of our customers’ experiences along their journey. It will also provide a framework to organize the business around the most impactful opportunities to improve.

     

    This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of business analysis, customer experience, and business operations. You will also have a chance to develop consulting skills, with a focus on data analysis, researching, problem-solving, prioritizing, self-development, and collaboration.  

     

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Analyst, Customer Experience Transformation

    LOCATION: Bellevue, Washington

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020 – August 2020

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Interview Dept. leaders to understand how they use and manage customer feedback
    • Analyze customer data across various channels (surveys, website, terminations, etc.)
    • Identify themes to optimize how data is categorized across disparate sources
    • Categorize the data and make recommendations to fix the top identified challenges
    • Align customer feedback to the appropriate stage in the customer journey
    • Partner with CXT Program Managers to build a holistic story of the customers’ experience
    • Present findings to leadership and broader team

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters in General Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or other business degree with interest in analytics and consulting
    • Solid analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making
    • High achiever who is self-motivated
    • Extremely organized and pays attention to the details
    • Ability to find commonalties across wide set of disparate data
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good presentation and communication skills
    • Empathetic and customer-focused
    • Works well independently and collaboratively with groups
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.
