    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    The SAP Concur Customer Improvement Analytics team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will support our analytics initiatives including; insights development and distribution, trend analysis, creating and posting thought leadership articles with a data focus, researching industry best practices, investigating third party data sources,  conversation of value data development, business review support (data mining and quality assurance checks), and more.

    Additionally, there will be opportunities to speak and present to both our broader Customer Improvement team, as well as some of our stakeholders and internal customers.

     

    This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of customer improvement initiatives for SAP Concur. You will also have a chance to work other innovative and emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Database Management, and more.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Assist our data scientist, analyst, and engineer with their execution of several customer-facing initiatives. Help our team program manager with the overall organization and strategy of team tasks. There will even be opportunities to weigh-in on how our future initiatives take shape!

     

    POSITION TITLE:  SAP Concur iXp Intern – Analytics, Customer Improvement

    LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020 -August 2020 (ANY)

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Write, manage and publish blog posts
    • Research and develop insights based on our data
    • Investigate data errors and do quality assurance testing
    • Support our current initiatives with data mining, research and writing as required
    • Support creation and execution of resources for enablement of the field (including answering questions on our community pages)
    • Assist in the organization of our materials and processes
  • Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • Working understanding of data mining, analytics
    • Working knowledge of Business Objects (preferred) and Excel (required)
    • Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Business, Market Research, or Engineering student
    • Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.
