    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    • The Critical Incident Management (CIM) Team is a high energy, highly collaborative group of skilled crisis managers.  The Team provides 24x7 leadership in leading specialized, cross functional teams to resolve incidents with major global customer impact.
    •  The CIM Team is a closely-knit group of people that work closely to deliver the best customer support experience possible during major incidents
    • Everyone on the CIM Team wears many hats and works together to brainstorm and implement ideas to continuously improve how well major incidents are handled

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Compose and publish a complete library of business process documents, including multi stream business process flow diagrams, that addresses all services provided through the Incident and Problem Management Program
    • Research, formulate, and apply an ITIL based, ISO certifiable set of templates for use in documenting and diagramming current and future Critical Incident and Problem Management services.
    • Evaluate and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current Critical Incident Management (CIM) business operations, as it relates to achieving CIM’s  primary Customer facing and internal business success goals, and formulate and provide business process improvement ideas to help the business increase its success
