What you’ll do:

The role will work with our business stakeholders to translate their technology needs into actionable solutions by developing detailed business requirements and process designs. You must possess the ability to integrate your customer service, technical knowledge, analytical skills and business expertise to support our clients by identifying business benefits, defining requirements for system projects, support project transition to operations and ensuring profitable business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Service Now business analyst taking the lead and facilitates discussions around design requirements
• Accountable for gathering business requirements for the design, implement and document of new or modified processes in Service Now
• Providing input for strategic planning and continuous improvements for Service Now across the organization
• Responsible for responding to business requests proposals for Service Now
• Prepares and submits proposals/results for complex analysis for Service Now
• Responsible for providing responses for processes in Service Now requested by audit
• Contributes to ServiceNow COE strategy, direction and prioritization
• Responsible for creation of requirements, test plans, test cases and testing for any Service Now automation or modifications
• Responsible for creation and/or review of process, policies and procedure manuals against detailed requirements to support the Concur Service Now instance

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Product Management experience a plus
• Ability to apply business analysis skills in an Agile Development environment
• Able to assist with the implementation of a Product Roadmap process for ServiceNow
