ABOUT THE TEAM:

SAP Concur’s DevOps team is committed to a set of practices that automates the processes between software development and IT teams, in order that they can build, test and release software faster and more reliably. Our DevOps team provides a firm handshake between development and operations that emphasizes a shift in mindset, better collaboration, and tighter integration. It utilizes the Agile methodology, continuous delivery, automation and much more to help development and operations teams be more efficient, innovate faster and deliver higher value to the businesses and (internal) customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10 ,2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Have the unique opportunity to work/collaborate with Concur Application owners to ascertain user roles within those unique systems.
• Collaborate and innovate with Product Owners, and other engineering teams to deliver an accurate Account Role list within the ServiceNow application to assist with provisioning/de-provisioning here at SAP Concur.
• Via Analyst - Assist with design and development of processes, and/or workflows.
• Assist in other functions of the DevOps team as needed (i.e. QA, Testing and other coordination activities.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow business analyst taking the lead and facilitates discussions around design requirements
• Accountable for gathering business requirements for the design, implement and document of new or modified processes in Service Now
• Providing input for strategic planning and continuous improvements for ServiceNow across the organization
• Responsible for responding to business requests proposals for ServiceNow
• Prepares and submits proposals/results for complex analysis for ServiceNow
• Responsible for providing responses for processes in ServiceNow requested by audit
• Contributes to ServiceNow COE strategy, direction and prioritization
• Responsible for creation of requirements, test plans, test cases and testing for any ServiceNow automation or modifications

Responsible for creation and/or review of process, policies and procedure manuals against detailed requirements to support the Concur ServiceNow instance
