POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Business Transformation SMB Analyst

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA (or Remote/Virtual)

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: Flexible but ideally June 5, 2023 – August 11, 2023

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

Work with the Director of Revenue Technology and other team members that support optimizing the tool stack used by the SMB Concur Distribution team. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization to identify the tool reporting that is currently available, develop potential reporting processes, work with vendors on reporting access, create dashboards, and establish a repository for the report inventory.  You will tap into your investigative skills and network across SMB as you discover what types of reporting is being done today and how we can make improvements.  Along the way, you will have the opportunity to learn what information is important to run a world class sales organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills
• Highly organized with effective time management
• Analytical skills with the desire and ability to understand what data is available and how to make it meaningful
• Project management experience that includes planning activities, managing plan execution, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Tableau skills helpful
• Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
