ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SMB Business Transformation team is dynamic group of internal strategic consultants that prioritize and lead strategic initiatives focused on simplicity and scale that will prepare the Global SMB Distribution Organization for future growth and new opportunities.  We are a curious team with passion to do things better, innovate on how to launch new initiatives and deliver value quicker to our customers and our SMB Sales Teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Business Transformation SMB Consultant

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 8th, 2020 – August 14th, 2020

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

Work with the Senior Director and other strategic consultants to evaluate how initiatives that launched in January 2020 are performing.  You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization to gather qualitative and quantitative results in order to develop an analysis on the business impact of the initiatives, best practices, where we need to support these initiatives with additional training, etc.  Results from this work will inform how to better role out future initiatives in addition to directing any change management activities to better support the adoption and utilization of initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Working understanding of project/program management concepts.  An interest or familiarity with OKRs would be great.
• Strong people skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Curious and ability to think strategically, solve complex problems with an aptitude to apply critical thinking and strong analytical skills to drive actions from data.
• Excel, PowerPoint required.  Experience with SQL, Tableau, R, or similar is a plus. 
• Business student with focus in data analysis that drives action
• Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.
