About the team

We are the Global Integrated Campaigns & Content team. We’re a creative, hard-working, and fun-loving team who deliver end to end campaigns focused on audience priorities and business outcomes with content built to support the awareness, consideration, purchase and renewal (customers) phases of the customer lifecycle. These campaigns include audience insights, messaging, primary research, high value content (reports, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.), and supporting assets (emails, social posts, blogs, etc.).

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Content Marketing  

Location: Bellevue, WA (virtual)

Expected start date to end date: June 7th, 2021 – August 13th, 2021

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Contribute to corporate campaign strategy which supports 15+ markets worldwide
• Participate in audience insights research with subject matter experts that will contribute to campaign messaging
• Work with different corporate marketing teams – AR, PR, social, digital, web – and agencies, to develop campaign content across the customer lifecycle
• Research and analyze competitor marketing content
• Conduct corporate campaigns content audit, review content performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collect data and insights to improve our understanding of customer personas

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, with ability to multi-task as needed
• Passion for a team environment and ability to collaborate well with others
• Experience in digital content (e.g., videos, infographics, blogs, social posts) is very useful
• Business, Marketing, or Communications student (OR, proven practical experience outside of degree discipline)
• Candidate must be enrolled in current undergraduate or post graduate degree program relevant to the position.
