    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    The SAP Concur Global Customer Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The team focuses on creating global, scalable marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement. In this role, you will dive deep into existing customer data, investigate problems and identify trends and recommendations to help SAP Concur global marketers create more personalized experiences at each stage of the customer lifecycle.

     

    This internship is a great opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to develop a solid foundation and understanding of global B2B and SaaS customer loyalty marketing. You will also have a chance to leverage and learn about sales and marketing technologies like Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau. You will partner cross-functionally with multiple teams including Marketing Technology, Sales Operations, Customer Experience as well as local Field Marketing and Customer Success.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp-Customer Loyalty Marketing Analyst

    LOCATION: St. Louis Park, Minnesota

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 8, 2020 - August 14, 2020

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Provide analysis to identify ideal customer profiles that can be leveraged by Marketing to build global customer lifecycle programs
    • Identify key customer targets for driving customer marketing programs to drive adoption and usage of SAP Concur solutions
    • Uncover customer-specific data insights that help drive creative customer marketing strategies at different stages in the customer lifecycle

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Strong data organization and manipulation skills
    • Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
    • Think strategically while also diving into the details to solve problems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • Work independently and within a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program which is applicable to the position
