ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP Concur’s SMN Service Delivery team is the fastest growing area of our business.  We activate thousands of customers a year on our Concur solutions for Travel, Expense, and Invoice.  We are looking to optimize our business by analyzing our data which will inform our future business decisions.  If you are passionate about learning and building out business processes, working with data and helping our Delivery team meet our KPIs, then this is the place for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Data Analytics 

Location: Bellevue, Washington 

Expected start date to end date: June 5, 2023 – August 13, 2023

Schedule: 40 HR/Week 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Learn, verify and document the KPI's across Service Delivery 

• Using multiple reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce.com, Excel) build and/or run reports to gather data across various areas of our business

• Research business problems related to data quality; take action to resolve the problems

• Identify and document differing business practices that impact the results (and that might impact the future of KPI’s)

• Employ techniques of data preparation and data wrangling to clean and position data for review and build Microsoft PowerPoint templates to share the data

• Enrich data sources with external information to validate or challenge our KPI’s

• Request changes or new reports to be created

• Strong working knowledge of Tableau (building reports and dashboards)

• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, advanced filtering, charting and analysis

• Curiosity about business processes and business data

• Team player

• Good organization and planning skills

• Demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly

• Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills - ability to critically analyze data and information to identify gaps and recommend options for resolutions

• Ability to be self-directed, work independently and prioritize workload
