ABOUT THE TEAM:

Global Channel Marketing is a hub of growth and innovation for SAP Concur, the market leader in cloud-based spend management solutions. As the Global Channel Marketing intern, you will gain substantial experience working with marketers across our global cloud ecosystem.  Depending upon the skill set of the candidate, this role will collaborate with senior marketers in developing and executing business-to-business (B2B) demand generation campaigns, educating our own Sales teams on our partner solutions, enabling partners through training and sales tool creation, creating partner lifecycle programs, and getting hands on experience with best of breed marketing tools and technology.  You will gain meaningful experience with a high performing team - learning best practices for “to partner” and “through partner” demand generation strategy across email, web, thought leadership and events.  While social media is part of our global media mix, candidates looking for an internship with a deep-dive focus on social media would be better suited to join our Digital or Brand Teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Digital Marketing, Global Partner Ecosystem

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020 -August 2020

• Corporate Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Field Marketing

YOU WILL HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN THESE TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY (PRIOR EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Salesforce – customer relationship management and lead management
• Marketo – marketing automation
• Qualtrics – experience management and feedback tools
• Averetek – partner relationship management portal

Based on candidate’s background and interests, we’ll adjust the focus of the role and your capstone project to concentrate on integrated marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, and/or internal process and tool development. Candidates should expect to work on their own meaningful summer project as well as jump in on a wide variety of initiatives in market.  You’ll walk away with some great experiences, skills and stories to take into your next role and help launch your career (ideally at SAP Concur!).  We’re a work hard, play hard team that is focused on making an impact, keeping score and innovating along the way.
