ABOUT THE TEAM

The Digital Marketing Team is global shared services team that supports the entire SAP Marketing organization with digital web experiences.  We are a team of specialists that includes Digital Marketers, Web/UX Designers, Web Developers, Social Media Marketers, SEO experts, Experimentation teams and Project Managers to name a few. We love all things digital and enjoy scouring data and revamping digital experiences to provide our prospects and customers with engaging content to support them in their buying journey.  The Digital Marketing Project Management team is a group of highly skilled, quasi-technical PM’s whose day to day life is devoted to delivering quality web experiences.  We partner closely with all members of the Digital Marketing team but most often work with Design, Development, SEO, and our wonderful Marketing Stakeholder.  Our team is constantly in pursuit of making improvements and finding more efficient ways to deliver hard-working digital marketing solutions.  The team is presently located in the U.S., but we partner closely with stakeholders across the globe.      

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern– Digital Marking Project Management  LOCATION: Bellevue, WA (can be remotely located) EXPECTED START DATE: April 19 2021    

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• With the help of the team, identify, define, and deliver a project that defines a brand-new Project Management or Marketing Operations process.  The new process will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to track and measure the success of the processes, such as attaining more customer feedback or improving average time to deliver, or other key performance indicators found on the Project Management Team.    
• Marketing organizations that are stagnate, die. We must move fast to capitalize on moments in time and momentum, and this requires the PM team to constantly seek out ways to expedite the delivery of complicated digital projects. This project will measurably illustrate the value of efficiency in operations and show the business impact and benefit to a streamlined team. If you have an interest in data, business and marketing operations, and the love the feeling of turning something good into exceptional, this role is for you. 
• You will have opportunities to support a variety of projects.  As a person new to the team with fresh eyes, we look forward to your insights and observations for how we can run faster, smarter and improve the quality and user experience of our solutions.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Familiarity with excel and an interest in data tracking, measurement, and reporting solutions such as Adobe and Tableau
• Marketing, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or general Business applicants with an interest in data are likely to stand out
• An interest in using data to evaluate, improve upon and measure success of improvements Understanding of basic website design/development processes, good communication skills, keen eye for detail
