ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SAP Concur Customer Improvement, Value Consulting team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10 week internship based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will support Value Consulting in developing/streamlining processes and procedure, branding and asset collections, business case outputs, and capacity management practices, and consistent reporting framework, etc.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of the adjustment selling organizations are making to ensure Value is at the forefront of the client relationship. You will also have a chance to work in close partnership two other sub-groups within the Customer Improvement team, gain experience in supporting the field, and helping SAP Concur continue to define our new Go to Market strategy.

The Customer Improvement Value Consulting Team is comprised of five Value Consultants, all working to support the new Value Selling motions of the business unit.  The team’s overlay function supports the Distribution teams in their strategy to bring more application value to our customer’s business, thus leading to expanded portfolio investment. 

VC aligns and supports the Customer Improvement charter by continuously developing new target business outcome storylines, gives guidance and feedback on client data metrics and KPIs that connect back to improvement initiatives being consulted on, and is a key connection point to the larger Value organization at SAP. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern - ENT Americas, Customer Improvement Value Consulting

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 8, 2020 -August 14, 2020

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Write, manage and publish thought leadership blog posts, or contribute to the schedule of already generated content plans
• Develop program assets, processes, procedure definitions for VC, may expand into other Customer Improvement elements
• Develop and execute, in partnership with the Value Program Development team, a communication strategy for Value Consulting, in coordination with communication channels already established
• Video storyboarding and production of thought leadership content
• Drive connectivity to other cross functional BU team members

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, stays curious, asks questions, and is a self-starter.  You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
