WHAT YOU’LL DO

Position Title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Event Marketing Execution Associate

Location: Bellevue, WA

Expected Start Date: June 2022

Expected End Date: August 2022

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the Global Corporate Events team advance its 2022 business goals to extend event content longevity and provide user-friendly, functional internal communication tool for our premier events
• Specifically, the candidate will support the team in the following ways:
  • Outline and design functional + user-friendly event SharePoint site for internal teams to access the most current event information & resources for our corporate events
  • Support the pilot of an event-in-a-box resource toolkit for our regional field marketing team – specifically packaging assets and organizing to meet the needs of our teams
  • Administer and own the movement of content between our internal JAM site to Microsoft SharePoint site
  • Provide general event support to team as needed

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or in your first year of graduate program
• Highly motivated and organized
• Able to keep deadlines
• Strong collaborator
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint & SharePoint management
