    ABOUT THE TEAM:

     

    • The team that supports Global Services consists of 6 people based in US, UK and India.  We provide financial analysis to support the business in making decisions that drive profitability whilst keeping the customer and their experience in mind.
    • No day is ever the same and the ability to be flexible in your approach is essential

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    • Position Title:  Financial Analyst Intern, Global Services
    • Location:  Vienna, Virginia
    • Expected start date to end date:  June-Aug 2019
    • In this role you will:
      • Provide financial and analytical support to the Global Services team.
      • Partner with the business and offer recommendations through financial planning, reporting and analysis to meet corporate goals and objectives
      • Have the opportunity to learn about multiple areas of the organization and the key drivers of each.
      • Initiate analyses designed to improve operating performance and effectively communicate analysis and recommendations.
      • Assist with expense and revenue forecasting/budgeting process
      • Participate in month-end processes, including preparing journal entries and variance analysis
      • Identify, track and analyse key metrics that impact the business
      • Assist team in managing group work-load and support team projects e.g. profitability, costs models
  • Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Highly result driven
    • Ability to work in a team
    • No qualifications required – studying for a relevant degree
