The SAP Concur Learning Services team is a fun, hardworking, and collaborative global organization creating amazing learning experiences and content for customers, employees, and partners. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will support customer-enablement and learning-experience initiatives including: researching and documenting current customer-enablement learning journeys, analyzing customer-enablement data, creating a gap and/or SWOT analysis, and presenting your recommendations.
In addition, you’ll get to support content creation activity for SAP Concur’s customer-enablement team. This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of corporate-learning organizations and customer-learning experiences. You will also have a chance to work with leaders from across SAP Concur’s lines of business and learn what we do to support our customers!
