About the team:

SAP Concur's Platform Strategic Product Management and Enablement team are responsible for our long-term platform strategy and roadmap. We drive the delivery of new innovative platform capabilities, tools, processes, and services that enables our customers and partners to integrate, extend existing, and innovate on top of existing SAP Concur core solutions to drive business agility and speed of Innovation. In addition, we work directly with various partners to use our externalized APIs and manage the certification for every partner integration before it is available in the SAP marketplace.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Platform Data Visualization and API Quality Assurance 

Location: Bellevue, USA – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

Expected start date: Feb/March and 2022

Contract Duration: 6-9 months

In this role, you’ll:

1. Support enhancement of our existing Platform KPI dashboard that tracks awareness, engagement, and adoption of our platform capabilities and APIs. You will gather and identify data requirements, develop mockups and visuals that will be included in the dashboard, and get signoff from respective stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our Business Intelligence team and learn how to combine data from multiple data sources like Salesforces, Tableau, and Microsoft teams. 
2. Work with Microsoft PowerApps to improve our existing partner certification dashboard tracking.
3. Support initiative to enhance our existing partner certification quality assurance processes and evaluate automated certification test tools solutions and have the opportunity to work directly with our quality certification experts

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or masters degree program which is applicable to the position
• Analytical thinking, reporting/scripting, business acumen
• Use effective verbal and written communication skills with a diverse group to obtain comprehensive requirements. Write user guides &/or supporting technical documentation corresponding to the delivered projects required.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
• Passion for presenting data-and intelligence using data visualization techniques that display relevant, actionable data as well as track stats and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be well received and easily understood by the consumer of the dashboard
• Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps using Tableau and Microsoft software like, Visio, MSFT Teams, Power Point and Excel.
• Preferred experience: familiarity with, Microservices, Spring/Springboot, CI/CD tools, Github,
