ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SAP Concur Sales Strategy and Operations team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will support our Client Development organization in analytics initiatives that include process improvement, deep dive to find data gaps and ad-hoc analysis to uncover insights that can inform the business. The candidate will gain global exposure while interacting with teams spread across the globe. Additionally, this internship is a great opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain understanding all aspects surrounding the sales strategy and operations team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur  iXp Intern – Sales Strategy and Operations

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 8th, 2020 -August 14th, 2020

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Develop reports and dashboards in excel, Salesforce or tableau
• Drive process improvements that simplify the current inputs from the client team
• Standardize and automate measures and KPI’s of operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Deep dive to find data gaps, ad-hoc analysis to uncover insights that can inform the business

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Self- starter with the initiative to ask questions and seek out challenges
• Passionate about learning, natural curiosity, success oriented, positive attitude, team oriented, adaptable to changes, respectful, willingness to try new things
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to articulate messages clearly
• Proficient with MS Excel skills and familiar with the MS office suite, experience with Business Objects, Tableau, Salesforce and SQL a plus
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s in business, Analytics, Decision Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Information Management, Information Systems or related disciplines.
