What You Will Do and Learn

We hire Interns that are passionate about solving problems and improving processes. We recognize that Intern contributions fuel some of our greatest innovations. That’s why we assign students to our toughest challenges and most forward-thinking projects. This summer, we are looking for an Intern to work as a SERVICE DELIVERY BUSINESS ANALYST:  

• Work within our Global Services Operations team alongside our Senior Delivery Project Leader to assess how employees are performing against the tracked Delivery metrics
• Research and make recommendations to improve the productivity and efficiency of the Delivery teams
• Work with Delivery leaders to assess effectiveness of the Monthly Business Review metrics and assist in making improvements where research indicates it will add value
• Maintain contact with project stakeholders to confirm requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance.
• Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate.
• Take pro-active action to minimize risks.

What We Require

Our continued growth is dependent upon talented people with a variety of skills, knowledge and backgrounds. We hire Business Analyst interns with experience in all the following areas:

• Background in Business Administration, Finance and Management.  Are you proud to call yourself a project manager or analyst?
• Strong cross-functional and analytical skills – love to dig into data?
• Displays professionalism and superior communication skills.
• Creative and Flexible.  Are you able to self-manage and navigate ambiguity effectively?
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new software.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards such as Tableau, a plus
• Do you know what any of these are: Salesforce.com (SFA & Service Cloud), Financial Force/PSA, Big Machines, JIRA? BONUS!
