    Our team focuses on supporting our client’s technical administrators. We are here to help them with troubleshooting, finding, and fixing issues which they can’t handle on their own. We provide technical support and we receive their issues by phone, chat and portal. Our mission is to deliver an award-winning and customer-centric experience with every interaction.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP ConcuriXp Intern – Support Operations

    LOCATION: Bellevue, WA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020 -August 2020

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Develop and execute internal communications that make our business run simpler and better
    • Create infographics to represent our team and the services we provide
    • Interact with cross-functional global teams to help drive project-specific requirements, tasks and change
    • Work directly with Customer Support leaders and learn about the inner workings of a software technical support team
    • Create video presentation to be used for onboarding new employees to help us retain new talent
    • Propose ideas to infuse more fun into our office culture to help engage existing employees
    • Plan and execute social events (ex. potlucks, holiday parties) for team of 50 Support Engineers
    • Attend meetings with Support leaders, take notes and then distribute action items to attendees via email
    • Monitor call center operations and alert leaders to situations that may degrade the customer experience (ex. calls waiting in the queue for too long)
    • Get involved with SAP’s active Intern Community and experience what it is like to be early talent at one of the biggest software companies in the world
    • Join the global SAP Family and become an ambassador for the Support Organization

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SmartSheet, Slack, Skype and/or Zoom
    • Previous experience in administrative/customer service is preferred, but not required
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
