ABOUT THE TEAM:

• The SAP Concur Enterprise Services team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a internship based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will lead an initiative to refresh our catalog of Technical documentation used to support our Technical Consultants in order to implement SAP Concur customers.  
• By completion of the program, you will experience real business challenges and learn transferable technical and business analysis skills while contributing to active department projects and priority initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Technical Business Analyst

LOCATION: Bellevue, Washington

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 8, 2020 – August 14, 2020

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Work closely with our Principal Technical Consultant and Technical Consultants and have the unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver our next generation technical documentation in order to support SAP Concur implementations. 
• Utilize your organizational, verbal, and technical skills by interviewing key technical personnel to understand our opportunities to improve and prioritize our technical documentation.
• Work in an Agile like manner and have an opportunity to shadow a Technical Consultant to understand day to day activities, receive feedback on updated technical documentation, and reprioritize as necessary.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Excellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to read and edit HTML
• Knowledge of flat files and XML data files
• Process oriented
• Basic SQL skills is a plus
• Able to format documents in MS Word, PDF and various web platforms
• Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.
