ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SAP Concur User Experience team is looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter UX Research intern to join the team for a 10 week internship based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will support a team of UX designers, researchers, and analysts to develop a world-class user experience for our end users globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2019 -August 16, 2019

About the Role:   

Concur solutions provides an interactive experience to millions of users daily.  Understanding and improving on this experience is core to SAP Concur’s success.  In this role, you will work on the SAP Concur User Insights Team and directly contribute to the success of SAP Concur by conducting research and providing insights on our products.   You will help our global product teams throughout SAP Concur define, drive and improve our end-user experience.  Including:

• Executing user research across multiple products and platforms using a variety of research methods including moderated and unmoderated usability studies, product and heuristic evaluations and more. 
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery from defining and executing the research plan to presenting the findings and recommendations to our product team members.

 Competencies:

• We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys face-to-face time with our customers and is always looking for new and better ways to channel and amplify the voice of our end user. 
• Ability to think critically about the problems / hypothesis to be tested and research approach.
• Knowledge of User Research methods including usability study design and techniques
• Positive attitude and a team player with a “roll up your sleeves” and ownership mindset.
