ABOUT THE TEAM:

SAP Service Cloud provides organizations ability to give its customers the right service on the right channel, delivering an excellent customer service experience at every point in their journey. This team supports key business functionality within SAP Service Cloud solution and owns end to end responsibility development for UI, Backend Service, Analytics, extensibility and other application development components.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Work closely with Senior Developers and Architects to build cloud native microservice based applications on SAP Cloud Platform for SAP Service Cloud related functionalities.
• Team follows agile methodology for software development.
• Development capacity in a day is split between current release development and supporting existing customers.
• We use the latest and best in market cloud native microservice based architecture for building application.
• We adopt latest trends like Machine Learning, Conversation AI, IoT, BoTs to  enhance the business process and user experience.

• LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA
• EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: February 1, 2019 – August 16, 2019

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Current student enrolled in computer science or related field, students in master’s program are preferable but not required
• Technically oriented person with coding, problem analysis and resolution abilities
• Conceptually understanding of microservice architecture and cloud native applications
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js
• Knowledge on SAP UI5 or other UI frameworks like Angular/React and SAP Cloud Platform is good to have
