EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Gain a deep understanding of the SAP Fieldglass customer base to determine growth opportunities
• Partner with members of the management team to assist in driving department initiatives to scale the team including but not limited to:
  • Contributing to process documentation
  • Developing change management materials
• Assist our team of consultants to optimize programs within our SAP Fieldglass application by:
  • Contributing to program documentation
  • Creating reports for client business purposes
  • Helping the team stage data for testing purposes
• Collaborate with other departments to research process improvement projects and streamline efforts
• Conduct data mining exercises to help us gain visibility into our bottom line and identify ways in which data can be leveraged to drive business change
• Present findings from data mining and collaboration activities to the affected leadership teams, Services Director, Services VP, and other department leadership
