ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Product Solutions team works with business owners and development teams to deliver top quality integration offerings to the SAP customer.  Product Solutions are looked to as the subject matter experts when it comes to integrating SAP Fieldglass to other systems efficiently.  The team works within an exciting, fast-paced, collaborative environment delivering top quality innovative technology products.  The application team resides primarily in Naperville/ Chicago; however, interacts with teams across the globe.  Colleagues are working in other SAP Fieldglass locations in London, India and Brisbane, Australia.  Overall, Product Solutions aims to make highly complicated business process seem simple and seamless to the customer. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Assist team members in supporting our data integration platform including: executing test plans, reporting issues, reviewing business requirements
• API Development
• Create test scripts using API integration validation tools
• Update and document training material
• Collaborate closely with the team

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Interested in the software application support/testing field
• Ability to run multiple test scenarios and document results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Effectively manage time and be organized
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of application program interfaces (API) a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript a plus but nit required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday for 10 weeks
