ABOUT THE TEAM:

Education and Process Analysts work within the SAP Fieldglass Application Support team to standardize, document, and improve support processes and to provide new hire and ongoing training and references. Our mission is to help SAP Fieldglass effectively scale the application support team to meet the demands of a global support organization that is expanding rapidly.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Help improve current SAP Fieldglass Application Support processes
• Gain exposure to knowledge management systems and how they are organized, standardized and maintained (SAP Jam, Confluence, JIRA)
• Assist with organizing existing documents into a central location (SAP Jam)
• Interact with colleagues globally, demonstrate cultural empathy, convert time zones
• Improve and further develop the team’s training feedback loop
• Develop application and corporate training skills/strategies
• Become familiar with SAP brand and implement SAP Brand Tools in Word and PowerPoint
• Polish existing documentation using concise writing and SAP brand standards
• Assist with Salesforce case data clean-up for transition to new program
• Organize and reconcile Salesforce data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Learn more about the SAP Fieldglass VMS application

• Candidates currently enrolled in an undergraduate or masters degree program applicable to this position
• Solid communication skills that include ability to think critically and effectively articulate challenges and provide solutions
• Consistent technical and concise writing skills
• Experience defining, documenting, and/or improving processes or procedures
• Willingness and ability to take direction and coaching from teammates
• Able to ask for help and feel comfortable approaching others; utilize documentation and follow best practices well
• Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including ability to self-manage time and tasks
• Strong Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
