ABOUT THE TEAM:

As part of SAP Fieldglass’s App Development team vision to provide best contingent management solution to our customers we are looking to build several APIs which can be later used for building microservice or various mobile apps. This will allow our users to use our application on various platform to experience same behavior of our cloud enterprise app. If you are passionate about taking challenges in building API used to perform complex business functions with lighting speed execution this is the right opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Fieldglass iXp Intern – Full Stack Java Developer

LOCATION: NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2020 – August 16, 2020

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Have the unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver core experiences of our new applications using Java.
• Collaborate and innovate with Product, Design and other engineering teams to deliver a seamless, consistent and engaging user experience for various users.
• Design, Develop and Test APIs and integration with backend systems.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Candidates to currently be enrolled in Computer Science undergraduate program.
• Strong programming skills in Java and SQL.
• Experience in using Postman or SOAP UI and GIT.
• Should have experience in dealing with XML and JSON data formats.
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Working with multiple teams across various geographies.
