ABOUT THE TEAM:

SAP Fieldglass ’s Implementation team is continuously working to help our customers leverage the various solutions within our module suite to solve their most pressing needs within the Service Procurement space. Our team is comprised of individuals with a diverse backgrounds and skillsets that enjoy collaborating to ensure we are offering customers a best in class implementation experience and solution. We consistently look for new ways that our team can work together better, share knowledge and drive efficiency within our methodology. It is nearly impossible to stumble upon a challenge that somebody on our team isn’t capable of helping you solve or connecting you with someone who can, and that is a badge our group is very proud to wear.

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10 ,2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Have the unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver robust solutions within our core modules.
• Work with our customers to discover what their critical business objectives are, where they have pain points today and how they are looking for Fieldglass to help them achieve their goals.
• Learn about industry best practices and help consult with our customers to evangelize the benefits of our approach and recommendations.
• Work through, and complete, all critical phases of our project lifecycle; including kickoff, requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment.
• Help to translate our customer’s detailed business requirements into Fieldglass configuration specifications.
• Work with a dynamic team of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Strategic Consultants to complete project milestones and bring the customer live on the Fieldglass application.
• Collaborate with Integration resources to help our customers experience a seamless solution as they navigate through different SAP products.
• Leverage our strong toolkit and resources to ensure project decisions are in line with best practices and are being documented/tracked.
• Help prepare status reports for executive leadership, to paint a clear picture of where the project stands and what the path forward looks like.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position (Note: A software/technology degree is not required)
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
• Able to present comfortably in front of large groups while also demonstrating an application.
• Comfortable shifting between different tasks throughout a day/week and able to effectively prioritize their order of completion.
• Preferred experience: familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
