ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SAP Fieldglass Partner Program team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship. In this role, you will support global Fieldglass Partner Program initiatives including one or more of: Existing partner analysis, reporting/analytics, strategy development, or program management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP Fieldglass iXp Intern – Partner Ecosystem

LOCATION: Chicago, IL

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Work with Fieldglass Partner Operations and Enablement to:
  • Assist in definition of and development of key reporting and analytics to help drive partner channel growth
  • Assist with scheduling, registration, and coordination of internal and external onsite and virtual partner related training  
  • Assist in defining and prioritizing internal training topics and content related to partner sales and operations
  • Assist in creation and development of process documentation, FAQs, and webinar content for internal partner sales and operations training and enablement
  • Create a presentation on your findings and accomplishments during your tenure at SAP Fieldglass

WHO YOU ARE:

• Self-starter who can take direction and complete the required task
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain speak
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to identify patterns / themes
• Experience with Excel – data entry and in-depth analysis
• Experience with Powerpoint and Word (or equivalent) to create compelling communication pieces
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 

• Professional and mature demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with external clients / partners 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
