WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP Fieldglass iXp Intern – Partner Operations

Location: Remote, USA

Expected Start Date to End Date: February – July 2023

Schedule: 40 HR/Week 

Contract Duration: 6 months

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

Work with Fieldglass Partner Operations Manager to:

• Assist with partner contract data audits

• Update systems with correct partner data

• Assist partner managers with partner contract renewals

• Lead creation and development of process documentation for internal partner sales and operations

• Assist or lead special projects related to partner marketing information

• Assist with internal partner business reporting/analytics

• Create a presentation on your findings and accomplishments during your tenure at SAP Fieldglass

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Self-starter who can take direction and complete the required tasks

• Ability to adapt to change and a dynamic remote work environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain speak

• Critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to identify patterns / themes

• Strong Excel skills a plus (Advanced Excel, v-lookup, pivot tables)

• Experience with Powerpoint and Word (or equivalent) to create compelling communication pieces

• Team work and collaboration mindset

• Professional and mature demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with other SAP business units and / or partners

• Knowledge of CRM systems and basic usage a plus

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
