ABOUT THE TEAM:

Fieldglass, an SAP company, provides a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage contingent workforce and services procurement programs. More than 300 customers leverage Fieldglass to gain visibility into their external workforces, including contingent labor, services managed through Statements of Work and independent contractors while optimizing spend, quality, compliance and efficiency.

Fieldglass was “born cloud”. As one of the forerunners of today’s highly successful cloud delivery model, Fieldglass has been a Software-as-a-Service application since its start. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10 ,2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Collaborate and innovate with Product, Design, QA and Development and other engineering teams to deliver a seamless, consistent and engaging user experience for millions of users 
• Gain exposure to knowledge management systems and how they are organized, standardized and maintained (SAP Jam, Confluence, JIRA)
• Assist with organizing existing documents into a central location (SAP Jam)
• Develop application and corporate training skills/strategies
• Become familiar with SAP brand and implement SAP Brand Tools in Word and PowerPoint
• Polish existing documentation using concise writing and SAP brand standards
• Learn more about the SAP Fieldglass VMS application
