About the team

SAP Global Security(GPS)Intern will be a member the Global Awareness and Enablement Team. GPS is made up of an international group spanning 4 continents dedicated to building a security culture. GPS has grown significantly in 2020. The growth has enabled the team to establish global leads for our Security Program Areas (SPA), which will help our regional operations team focus on a number of efforts at a more localized level to ensure the safety and security of SAP employees across the corporate footprint and while traveling. These efforts include investigations, protective services, crisis management and travel security. We are building and Awarness and Enablement Campaign directed towards our employees and other key stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Global Physical Security iXp Intern - Awareness and Enablement Strategy

Location: Remote

Expected start date to end date: June 7th, 2021 – August 13th, 2021  

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the creation onboarding learning content for GPS New Hires
• Create, design and record enablement collateral such as, presentations, trainings, webinars, audio and video recordings.
• Create infographics, images and graphics for strategic communications campaigns
• Identify ways that information can be shared graphically or via video to help explain and bring it to life the Awareness and Enablement Strategy with different key audiences 
• Support gap needs analysis process

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• To apply for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in an academic institution
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Media production or another related subject 
• Previous experience with entry-level media creation or desire to learn
• Experience with Powerpoint and Word a must
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Displaying professionalism and superior communication skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
