    What You’ll Build

    The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

    Position title: SAP HCM Americas iXp Intern - Chief of Staff Operations Associate

    Location: Chicago, USA

    Expected Start: May/June 2026

    Duration: Summer Term

    Schedule: 40 HR/week

    • In this role, you will support and work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CRO, focusing on operational, analytical, and administrative tasks, such as routine reporting and data aggregation, meeting coordination and follow-ups, documentation preparation and formatting, and internal communications and tracking.

    • This role will allow the support needed for the CoS to focus on strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, which will allow for the proper attention to drive strategic revenue initiatives, partner with senior leadership, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success.

    • This intern will work directly with the Chief of Staff, as well as the CRO and the senior leadership team. The intern will receive guidance and mentorship in communications, enablement, Change Management and people focused programs and well as basics in sales and Human Capital Management software products and programs.

    • This intern will gain invaluable experience and knowledge working on programs with senior level leaders as well as advanced communication skills, reporting and data analyzation experience, and exposure to new platforms and tools.

    • This role will give you visibility and connections across the Americas region and will allow you to work on exciting new programs and projects that are critical to the future success of the organization. You will be key in supporting operation efficiency, unlocking strategic capacity, and contributing directly to improved revenue outcomes while helping us build a people focused culture and exciting pipeline for future transformation and talent.

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (business, communications, economics, or something similar; open to juniors/seniors (or strong sophomores with relevant experience)

    • Experience and background operations, consulting, project management, or student leadership; demonstrated ability to manage projects, events or initiatives; interest in business operations, strategy or executive support.

    • Technical skills should include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic spreadsheet skills (data organization, simple analysis), and strong written and oral communication. Familiarity with project tools (Mural, Forms, etc.), basic data analysis or research skills, and experience creating presentations and reports are a plus.

    • We will balance aspirational qualities with realistic requirements by focusing on potential and learning ability (not deep experience) and prioritizing candidates who show initiative, curiosity, and ownership through their experience and willingness to own and try new things.
