    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The SAP Digital Platforms team is responsible for sap.com and associated digital properties, operations, and capabilities supporting 47 countries globally. The SAP.com Customer and Developer experience leadership is looking for an Intern to support the build and run operations for SAP‘s digital landscapes and associated program activities. 

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    This role is responsible for assisting in the management of sap.com and other digital entities including communications, content, and assets for various areas of the global website and digital programs. The position provides the main point of contact for assigned requests, driving projects to completion through close collaboration with core platform team members and leadership to ensure efficient and timely production of a high-quality digital customer experience. 

     

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

     

    • Assist in the support of planning and project management 

    • Help understand and document client needs while helping to provide recommendations for meeting them 

    • Help organize projects in accordance with requirements, including advising on requested materials and services 

    • Help establish working relationships to provide a positive client experience 

    • Assist with sap.com agile ceremonies and planning  

    • Coordinate production schedules through early communication with lines of business 

    • Leverage tools and technology for sap.com content and asset production

     

      POSITION TITLE: SAP Intern - SAP.com Product Ownership and Project Coordination

    LOCATION: Newton Square– please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 7, 2021

  • Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills and a proven ability to multi-task  

    • Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills  

    • Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality 

    • Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple projects, including numerous deliverables  

    • Experience working in a team environment as well as independently 

    • Ability to collaborate across teams globally 

    • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner 

    • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive 

    • Willingness to acquire new skills to meet evolving needs  

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

    • Basic knowledge of design principles and commonly used tools  

    • Basic understanding of Web production tools and content management systems

     

     

    EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

     

    • In pursuit of a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Topics of interest 

    • Computer Sciences, Web Development, Marketing & Business, Analytics, User Experience Design 

    • Relevant experience in study or similar position managing production processes and workflow
