Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Cloud Operations Analyst Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support and manage advanced internal reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) business intelligence tools, MS SharePoint, and other analytics platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business operations and decision-making
• Manage and update content on the MS SharePoint site, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives
• Assist in data quality assurance, validation, and troubleshooting of reporting issues
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes
• Support user training and provide guidance on SAC and SharePoint functionality
• Prepare presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and business intelligence tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated interest in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data modeling or dashboard design
• Knowledge of SAP products or enterprise software solutions

Location:

Hybrid position requiring 3-4 days per week in our Herndon, Virginia office

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
