As a Cloud Administrator Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Cloud Center of Excellence team. You will work closely with team leads to support the different cloud products and initiatives. Aid in the use of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, create new and existing reporting content and dashboards, create and design new reports and support the cloud program.  Participate in special projects, as required.  

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Work  with Hyperscaler technologies consoles to view and recommend changes  
• Administration of systems, networking, storage, databases and security.   
• View detailed configurations of hyperscalers to the actual service/vm/instance (storage, process, compute)  
• Developing, generate, and manipulating raw data to Excel spreadsheets and other means for managing the numerous methods and other data inputs 
• Script to automate existing manual tasks (python/bash/powershell) via API’s.  
• Support core operations and financial operations group

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Knowledge of cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)  
• Hyperscaler primary services knowledge (VM’s/Instances, Storage, Networking, etc). 
• Familiarity with various OS types (Linux, Windows) and their command line interfaces (CLI). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 
• Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills  
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight 
• Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree.
