Seeking conscientious individual who has a strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast paced, growing environment.

• Provide assistance to the finance staff and gain valuable exposure in a number of areas including:
• Financial analysis and tracking of financial results
• Analyze and gather data for special projects, such as sales tax, external,  or governmental audits
• Create vendor and customer invoices, and vendor purchase orders
• Process expense reports
• Assist with account receivable collections.
• Gather data and produce PowerPoint presentations for Board and management meetings.
• Perform testing of NS2 financial system as required.
• Improve and document finance processes as required, automating whenever possible.  This includes enhancing any excel schedules such as pricing tools or P&L variance tracking.

Education and Related Experience required:

• Finance or Accounting major working towards a college degree or a recent college graduate
• Must have advanced Excel skills to include knowledge of advanced macros, VLOOKUPS, and pivot tables
• IT background is helpful
• Experience with SAP preferred
