KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS  

• As a Systems Analyst Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Go to Market organization (GTM).
• Work closely with team leads to support NS2 GTM programs and initiatives. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, collect project go-live data and support technical assessments regarding cloud infrastructure. 
• Work directly with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Participate in special projects, as required.

Job Description:

• Assist with documenting environment testing and contracting efforts 

• Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes. 

• Evaluate current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and technical assessments that aid in the definition and development of new processes and tools to support these activities within NS2 

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects

Basic Qualifications:  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure 

• Background with AWS, Azure and/or GCP 

• Proficient in analytics and data analysis 

• Experience with MS Project and Visio preferred 

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 

• Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills  

• Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills 

• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision 

• Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight 

• Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas

Education Requirements 

• Must be a junior or senior with a minimum GPA of a 3.4 working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree.
