As a Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Digital Supply Chain Group. Work closely with sales, GTM team, products and program management team to support NS2 Digital Supply Chain (DSC) solutions group program and initiative. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support DSC team with supply chain solutions for current and prospective customers, create new content and collateral, and participate in special projects, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight
• Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas

Job Description:

• Work with DSC leads to develop supply chain use cases for various industries
• Test the new solutions and/or application to new use cases of existing solutions
• Participate in meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs
• Build ad-hoc analysis and prepare high-level research as needed
• Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes.
• Evaluate current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects

Education Requirements

• Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree. A major in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, analytics will be preferred
