THE OPPORTUNITY

We have multiple opportunities available within the SAP Solution Delivery Center (SDC). Our connected purpose has always been to help customers adopt and consume SAP solutions. We accomplish this through our globally integrated, knowledge-based consulting services team founded on the principle of operational excellence and driven by the voice of the customer.  Operating in over 15 countries, we leverage our global scale and technology expertise to deliver remote, outcome-based solutions for our customers.  Our team drives value and continuous improvement for our customers using operationally sound processes and basic quality system fundamentals. Providing our consultant’s training, certification, and skill expansion opportunities are key priorities our organization’s success and long-term employee career growth within the SDC.

As part of the SDC, you will:

• Help SAP win big deals and make significant impact
• Help drive innovations in delivery
• Help SAP prime end-to-end work packages
• Help field units achieve significant remote share
• Help field units generate profitability for SAP
• Help deliver intelligent enterprise

A few opportunities we have available are S4HANA Associate Consultant, S4HANA Finance Associate Consultant, Basis Associate Consultant, ABAP Associate Consultant, Security Associate Consultant, Technical Quality Manager Associates, Fiori Development Associate Consultant, Associate Support Engineer & Associate Project Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

• Recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant STEM field including: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree.  Some roles will prefer a Business degree.
• Strong technical aptitude and/or experience in one or more programming languages
• Functional knowledge in SAP Products and Business Scenarios
• Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations
• Experience in handling customers and driving innovation
• Proven problem solving skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team yet have the ability to work independently
• Should be familiar with agile principles
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
• Adaptable and flexible to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
• Great interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members.
• Open to travel, up to 100% for some roles.
