What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP SuccessFactors iXp Intern - GTM Strategy and Operations
Location: New York, NY; NSQ, open to other US locations
Expected start date: January 2023
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension to 12 Months Total)
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
The SuccessFactors GTM Strategy and Operations intern supports the GTM team on its growth mission through a variety of strategic and high-profile initiatives including:
Supporting SuccessFactors GTM leadership team in the ongoing development of a roadmap of activities and execution of critical milestones to drive efficiency in the day-to day operations.
Enhancing the internal communications agenda identifying and executing on opportunities to portray and syndicate GTM activities and resources in the best light. The person on this role will become an internal communications expert, owning diverse forms of communications - newsletters, platforms, quarterly updates, social media etc; and leveraging innovative tools to engage better with internal and external audiences.
Creating diverse types of analysis to identify actionable insights and recommendations to build and refine the Global GTM Strategy, including defining paths to market, prioritizing demand generation efforts, building targeted value propositions, and helping win new SuccessFactors accounts.
Working with a broad set of global and regional stakeholders to support the execution of the GTM Strategy and the development and implementation of Sales Programs with activities such as creating customers' target lists, publishing communication materials in SAP's internal platforms, building and managing internal communities and coordinating sales enablement sessions.
Supporting digital sales with timely execution on system support, content creation and governance oversight.
Identifying areas of improvement in daily activities and deliverables of the team and translating them into tangible outcomes.
Leading and supporting team culture activities to continue to refine the GTM team. Identify and support the performance and well-being of all team members.
What you bring:

Business acumen and experience: Ability to understand the big picture, connect dots, build and communicate recommendations and bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Prior business strategy, business development, marketing, or sales experience
Analytical skills: Ability to produce and interpret reports and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful and actional steps and recommendations.
Critical thinker, with the ability to identify roadblocks and solve them bringing the right input and teams together.
Self-starter and outcome oriented, with a passion for learning and problem solving. Comfortable building a point of view and questioning status quo.
Passion for storytelling and design tools that bring those stories to life. Ability to design engaging, clear and actionable communications.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and comfort working across functions, seniority level, culture, and time zones in matrixed organizations.
Experience with Microsoft office tools, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Design and video tools and advance analytical tools a plus.
SAP iXp Eligibility Requirements:
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from business and/or technology, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
Holds U.S. work authorization for the proposed internship duration

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
