ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP SuccessFactors mobile team has embarked on an audacious vision to transform traditional Human Capital Management (HCM) into Human Experience Management (HXM). Our mobile scrum teams have a great mix of experienced and new engineers.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP SuccessFactors iXp Intern – Mobile Developer LOCATION: Reston, Virginia (Virtual) EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 7, 2021 – Aug 13, 2021  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Have the unique opportunity to develop & maintain features in mobile app
• Collaborate and innovate with Product, Design and other engineering teams to deliver a seamless, consistent and engaging user experience for millions of users
• Familiarize yourself with Human Capital Management workflows used by enterprises across the globe

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position (computer science or equivalent proven experience)
• Strong programming skills in Kotlin or Swift, OOPS, Algorithms, Data Structures
• Create iOS or Android native apps using REST/OData APIs
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Prefer familiarity with Github, Jira, Automation
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple global teams
