ABOUT THE TEAM:

The SuccessFactors Engineering Performance team work on ensuring the SAP HCM Cloud product performing to customer satisfaction. A performance engineer is responsible for evaluating the application and system performance through series of performance testing and analysis. The engineer will work independently and as well in a dynamic team structure. This role has great opportunities to practice cloud application performance tuning and become a driving force in optimizing the largest HCM Cloud product.  Our team focuses on the following functions: SASS performance, tuning, analysis , trouble shooting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2019 – August 16, 2019

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Own many of technical tasks to improve engineering productivities, product quality in performance and security, and research on latest tools and technology to help with our business cross products and cross domains.
• The role with new mindset and knowledge out from college will bring in fresh perspective into application performance and user experience, build easy to use tools and drive new technology adoption.
