    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The Technology & Innovation (T&I) Strategic Programs team is looking for a candidate that is highly collaborative, detailed-oriented, and knows how to get work done as an individual contributor as well as within a team. Our team is responsible to ensure the development of high-quality use cases through establishing a framework and providing enablement packages to scale delivery across SAP and the ecosystem.  In this role, you will support in driving strategic initiatives for T&I and specifically SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Additionally, will support in driving communications around the strategic programs internally within the T&I and across board areas. You will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how we’re helping customers, partners, and Line of Business (LoB) scale their transformation to the intelligent enterprise with use cases on the SAP Business Technology Platform.   

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP T&I Strategic Programs iXp Intern – Communications  

    LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA (remote)– please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings  

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: October 2021 – April 2022

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

     

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Support in driving internal communications and marketing activities around use cases
    • Manage internal website (SAP Jam) and internal newsletter
    • Support creation of presentations
    • Collaborate with cross-team in publishing use cases into the use case repository
    • Support in board-level reporting

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally across different teams
    • Understanding of business priorities, with proven ability to learn on the job and work independently
    • Comfortable with navigating and working within a complex and geographically dispersed matrix organization
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
    • Understanding of MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
    • Knowledge in graphic design and web design are a plus
    • Ability to influence and drive consensus and collaboration
    • Strong desire to learn and work as part of an awesome team
    • Candidate must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.
