    About The Team

    The Digital Data Intelligence Analyst team will be responsible for facilitating the data, process, and the tool foundation for Demand Generation planning and execution.

    The Digital Data Intelligence Associate will support in the execution of Demand Generation Campaigns as well as adoption of standardized, best practice-based Demand Generation processes. They will support the roll-out of data related projects in support of Demand Generation engine.

    Role Details:

    Position title: SAP iXP Intern - Digital Data Intelligence Intern

    Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

    ** FULL TIME POSITION**

    Expected Duration: 6 months (with a potential 6 month extension)

    Expected Start Date: April 2024

    What you’ll do:

    • Assist in the execution of DG campaigns by supporting high-volume list building, data cleansing (such as CRM cleansing), and maximizing output from existing data sources. Collaborate with the team to perform high-volume list profiling and create on-demand lists for campaign targeting. Additionally, contribute to the enrichment of campaign contact information
    • Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) checks on high-volume lists to ensure data accuracy and readiness for campaigns. Assist in CRM cleansing and cataloguing of third-party data
    • Support the adoption and standardization of DG-related processes based on best practices, while keeping the Market Unit's adaptability in mind. Assist in structuring and documenting DG processes across MUs and regions
    • Provide support to temps and new team members to enable their swift productivity. Share best practices and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with service providers (e.g., profiling) to facilitate continuous improvement in DG processes
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to influence and contribute to regional/global roadmaps for DG. Ensure alignment with broader business goals
    • 0-2 years' experience in Demand Generation, Inside Sales environment or Telemarketing experience, specifically high-volume phone-centric work
    • Experience in using Demand Generation tools and technology and should possess analytical skills
    • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
    • Sales Prospect Research will be an integral part of the role

    • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI, and Powerpoint
    • Strong team player as well as the ability to work independently, learn and adapt quickly
    • Attention to detail as well as striving to deliver high quality work and results
    • Fluent in English, both written and oral

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is $15 - $26/hr. USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
