    In this role, you’ll:

    The Performance & Insights Intern assists the Global Customer Advisory team to achieved the highest level of operational excellence and efficiency by:

    • Creating and Maintaining high quality documentation for Performance & Insights reporting projects
    • Facilitate testing and rollout of new reporting use case programs
    • Supporting end users through documentation and direct engagement
    • Assisting with project analytic design, data capture and implementation

    The Performance & Insights Intern will gain significant experience in and exposure to business operations within a world-class organization, including Sales, Finance and HR lines of business.


    Expectations & Tasks


    • Creating and Maintaining a library of documents related to Performance & Insights reporting projects
    • Assisting project leads with complete design specification documents for the library
    • Creating and maintaining all end user documentation
    • Supporting UAT / Testing & User Feedback programs for new use case releases
    • Providing first level support for end user questions
    • Assisting with analytic design, data capture and implementation

    Role Details:

    Position title: SAP iXP Intern – Performance & Insights Intern

    Location: Newtown Square, PA or surrounding areas (Onsite)

    ** FULL TIME POSITION**

    Expected Duration: 6 months (with a potential 6 month extension)

    Expected Start Date: Mid-End of March 2024

    Who you are:

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint with specific focus on Excel)
    • Familiarity with SAP Analytics, Data Management, Database Design, ETL or other Data Warehouse products
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Project Management and Tracking
    • Personal Time Management
    • Problem Solving and Issue Tracking

    Educational Requirements


    • In pursuit of BS or Master’s degree or have graduated WITHIN 6 months of having a degree
    • Previous internship experience helpful

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is $19 - $34/hr. USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
