ABOUT THE TEAM

The Global Industry and Value Advisory (IVA) organization is chartered with articulating the value of adopting SAP Solutions and differentiating SAP as the innovation partner of choice. Our team is responsible for setting and scaling organizational best practices, driving enablement across field-facing organization, and driving other key global value-focused programs. Value management extends throughout our customer’s journey from expected value to realized value to optimized value.

You will be a part of the Industry and Value Advisory Team where you will be producing marketing material, growing our brand and producing videos for our external audiences!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Motion Graphics and Video Intern you will work on a cross-functional team to create communication materials while sticking to SAP’s overall brand strategy and style. The ideal candidate will require flexibility in that the workload will be split between designing motion design and video editing. You will be tasked to work on a variety of projects including marketing videos, customer interviews, and podcast teasers. Our ideal candidate is someone who can think creatively about how to display content in an aesthetically pleasing, on brand and professional way.

Postion Title: SAP iXp Marketing Intern - Motion Graphics and Video

Location: Remote/Virtual (or any US Office) 

Expected Start Date: April 2023

Contract Duration: 12 months 

Schedule: 25 Hours/Week 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE:

• Animating videos and GIFs for thought leadership and social media content
• Editing short explainer videos
• Creating graphic or Mogart templates to be used by other team members and clients
• Adhering to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Be enrolled in university in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Animation or Film
• Fluent in English
• Able to turn complex issues into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals 
• Must have a thorough understanding of design principles including composition, visual hierarchy, color, and balance
• Must have a portfolio of strong motion graphics work
• Have a hands-on attitude and be proactive with communicating
• Able to meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt
• Excited about informative and informational online video content
• Have a firm grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premier Pro, and motion graphics software
• 3D animator with experience and have illustration skills, which would be are a plus

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
