About the team

Global Cloud Services (GCS) is responsible for all 4+1 infrastructure and associated technical platforms. Cloud Control Center is dealing with high priority incidents, and is working in continual improvement towards prevention and remediation of occurring issues. We (ONE Service Desk) are the customer face of Global Cloud Services (GCS) providing a central, first point of contact for different lines of business (LoBs).

What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp GCS Intern – Operational Excellence Associate

Location: NSQ, Pennsylvania – please note that roles will be remote until local guide-lines ensure safe office reopenings

Expected start date to end date: May 2021 – March 2022

In this role, you’ll

Manage multiple operational initiatives and project efforts across different teams. Develop business case for cost optimization on the operational services.Work with implementation project teams on cutting edge technologies and tools in-cluding Monitor of Monitors, Incident response tools (PagerDuty), Automation any-where for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Rundeck for Runbook Automation

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Degree or Masters in IT or similar. You are fascinated by technical challenges and think outside the box. Data driven decision making skills. High level of collaboration within matrix teams and solid communication skills. Problem Solving Skills.
