Location: Newtown Square, PA preferred; candidates located near an SAP office may also be considered. Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.

As a member of the People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) team, you will support the Global P&C BPs in driving strategic and operational projects across the Global Engineering & Technology (E&T) business units at SAP — one of the company's largest and most critical organizations.
PROJECT SCOPE & DELIVERABLES
*Intern will be asked to flex timezones as needed based on the location of their assigned P&C BP (primarily EST, PST).
BUSINESS IMPACTThis role directly supports the people strategy for one of SAP's largest business units. The intern will contribute to real decisions on talent, organizational design, and employee experience that impact thousands of SAP employees globally — well beyond supplemental or administrative tasks.TEAM ENVIRONMENT & COLLABORATIONYou will work closely with senior P&C Business Partners who support E&T leadership, gaining direct exposure to executive-level work and global HR strategy.
