    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - Academy for Engineering Content Writing & Communications

    LOCATION:  San Ramon - Please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    EXPECTED START DATE: June 2022 - December 2022

     

    IN THIS ROLE,

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    This role reports to and serves the integrated storytelling/communications team at the SAP Academy for Engineering organization. Tasks include but are not limited to:

     

    • Developing high-quality communication materials for a variety of channels and audiences, both internal and external.
    • Understanding our brand storytelling to communicate & develop impactful brand assets for our organization.
    • Ability to develop presentations & thought pieces that are reflective of our brand’s values and core mission.
    • Perform online and on-the-ground primary research for blog posts, articles, guides, and other content
    • Monitoring our social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn & SharePoint, which includes consistent tone/language/templatization of post creation, social listening, community management, and campaign reporting. 
    • Digital content creation and video editing skills are desirable

     

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

     

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

     

     

    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel. Strong MS PowerPoint is a must. 
    • Experience with creative write-ups such as blogs & thought-pieces.
    • Adobe creative suite know-how will be an advantage
    • Active knowledge of Social Media channels: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Sprinklr 
    • Language skills: Fluent in English
    • Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive, and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, collect and synthesize information easily

      

       EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Current student at a university or recent graduate – preferred fields of study: Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing, Journalism – but MUST have the ability to support this role full-time.

      

       QUALIFICATIONS
